The bar is low, and on purpose. If you have a car, a license, and an hour to spare, you're probably qualified.
Requirements
Who can volunteer

Valid driver's license
A current US driver's license. We deliver routes by car. -
Vehicle insurance
Personal auto insurance with proof of coverage. -
Able to navigate two flights of stairs
Some clients live in walk-up apartments. Two flights covers most routes. -
Willing to undergo a background check
A background check is not currently required, but you must be willing to complete one if required in the future.
